Here I’ll talk about how these three key pillars have been woven into the Essence making process I implement at Free Spirit Crystal Healing.

Peace:

Inner peace is what I aim to help you achieve as we work on multiple layers throughout the lifelong healing and self-love journey. The essences I create are made with peace as my key focus. I won’t necessarily make every crystal or flower essence under the sun, but what I am guided to create is strongly linked to helping people find peace (in whatever form that resonates with you).

Balance:

At the time of making each and very mixture I ensure that I give back to mother earth via my Gaia Give Back ritual. Why? It’s imperative that I thank her for her vibrational medicine, but this also ensures there is the equal balance of give + take.

At every stage of the essence making process I use materials which harmonize with nature and avoid synthetic products wherever possible. This ensures the highest level of natural frequency is maintained throughout the entire essence making process. The essences are all made in line with an intention, charged and amplified and then stored carefully in a cool, dry environment surrounded by Shungite to help absorb any free radicals and EMF frequencies.
