Crystal Healing Terms of Service:
- Crystal healing treatments are given fully clothed on a massage table and should not be mistaken for massage. Crystal healing and energy treatments may include slight, gentle touch, however if you do not wish to be touched please advise before the session begins.
- Crystal healing is a form of energy treatment and is not a substitute for medical treatment. Crystal healing can complement any medical or psychological care you may be receiving.
- It is recommended that you always see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any area of concern; physical or psychological ailment you may have. Especially any ongoing concerns.
- As a crystal/ energy practitioner I do not diagnose conditions nor do I prescribe or perform medical treatments, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatments of the licensed medical professionals.
- Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself and to bring the system back into balance.
- Self-improvement requires ongoing commitment on your part, and you must be willing to change in a positive way if you are to receive the full benefits of crystal healing.
- All information received during your crystal healing/ energy treatment session will be held in the strictest of confidence unless there is a threat of danger where you may harm me or yourself as required by the court of law.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to ensure the allocated timeframe for your appointment is dedicated to crystal/ energy assessment and treatment.
- If you’re less than 15 minutes late for a 60 minute or 90 minute session, you’ll receive a shorter session, as there is no guarantee I will be able to lengthen the session. The full service fee for the elected appointment session will be charged.
- If you’re more than 10 minutes late for a 30 minute session, your appointment will be rescheduled and the full service fee will be charged.
- If you’re running more than 15 minutes late for a 60 minute or 90 minute session, please call ahead and discuss the probable options for the treatment.
Crystal Healing Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- There are no refunds on crystal healing/ energy treatments + services that have already been provided.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice.
- If you do not show for your appointment and have paid in full, a refund will not be issued.
- If you do not show for your appointment, and have not paid in full, you will be charged the full service fee.

How secure is my personal information?
Free Spirit Crystal Healing adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Just be sure to check that the items you are ordering will clear customs in your country.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post and the wide range of shipping options as our main transport facilitator. However, other options and couriers may be used for select orders.
How long does it take to process my order?
Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our loving crystal care within 2-3 days.
How long does shipping take?
It really does depend on your location, however, below are some approximations and average shipping time:
2-7 days within Australia using regular mail
1-3 days express post option via Australia Post within Australia
International orders placed from; United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and New Zealand) range anywhere from 10-20 business days depending on your location
International orders placed from European countries: 7-25 business days.
International orders placed from Asian countries: 7-25 business days.
International orders placed from Rest of the world: 7-30 business days.
DELIVERY
How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number via email after your purchase has been shipped. You can track your order via visiting the below website:

RETURNS
We promise that once you connect with a crystal it’s then hard to part with it again. However – we are only human, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact Free Spirit Crystal Healing ASAP and I’ll endeavour to help fix the situation.
We comply with the NSW Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds which state: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped, please contact me ASAP and no later than 24 hours after the transaction has been made. Any notice given later than the period outlined above will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Faulty Item:
Crystals are NATURAL earth elements – not machine or man-made. Most of the crystals I sell have inclusions which can look like internal cracks, rainbows or other mineral growths. Please observe the pictures carefully and come to know the quirks and beautiful natural inclusions before making a purchase.
If an item you receive is found to be faulty you will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner – feel free to re-use the original packaging using a trackable shipping method provided by Free Spirit Crystal Healing. The return item can be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Outlet. Upon Free Spirit Crystal Healing receiving the item, your return will be processed excluding any shipping costs.
Damaged Item:
If an item arrives damaged, please notify Free Spirit Crystal Healing ASAP. A replacement of the same or similar item will be provided. If a similar item is not available, one to equal value or a store credit to use to purchase whatever connects with you will be provided
