Shamanic drumming uses a repetitive rhythm that begins slowly and then gradually builds in intensity to a tempo of three to seven beats per second. The ascending tempo will induce light to deep trance states, and facilitate the shamanic techniques of journeying, healing and divination.

Recent research indicate that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and assists in releasing emotional trauma.

This technique is combined with a restorative crystal therapy session with me in a bid to help accelerate and deepen any emotional, spiritual and physical shifts.
